‘The Nine Tides’ of The Mull of Galloway, South Rhins, Scotland.
Legend has it that the phenomenon of the Nine Tides (typically a series of opposing rip tides straight after a low tide) around The Mull of Galloway were created by nine Witches trying to shipwreck a Witchfinder on his way from Ireland.

People who love cold weather are fucking weird. You like to freeze? You like to shiver?? You like when you take a step outside and the air stings your skin???
Seven years later, the whole concept of Steve and Bucky is just absolutely wild to me. they were like here have some Achilles and Patroclus parallels, only instead of dying for real they find each other again 70 years later. OH and one has been brainwashed to kill the other, but his lover breaks through to him by refusing to kill him and saying something that the brainwashed one said to him in his youth that happens to sound an AWFUL LOT like marriage vows. a dumb superhero movie accidentally created the most intense tragic love story I’ve ever seen and I’ll be mad about it for the rest of my life
